We collect your data (specifically outlined below, but generally basic information about you in a such as name, email, company name, etc) strictly to provide you with access to our news, research, events and other programs. We will not share this data with anyone unless you explicitly consent to us doing so. We honor your right to privacy and will comply with your wishes to remove your data from our systems.

Warranty policy

Every YATTLL power wheelchair and Mobility Scooters, come with our Worry Free, Industry Leading Warranty:

3 Years on the Frame
1 Year on the Motor
1 Years on the Battery
1 Years on the Joystick
3 Months on Wearable Parts

The limited warranty on the wearable parts includes all things that touch the user including fabric parts such as the seat cushion & back cushion and their supporting straps, the arm rest pads, the joystick button pad, thumb screws and knobs, and anything that touches the ground such as front and rear wheels.  Plastic decorative parts are not covered under any warranty. The battery charger is also included in the wearable parts as a 3 months warranty. Any accessories are also included in the wearable parts and covered for 3 months.

Return policy

If you choose return the YATTLL Product and claim a defect, do note that each machine will be thoroughly inspected for the defect, with detailed photos and notes, and if it is determined that the defect was in fact actually damage caused by the user, the cost of repair will be deducted from your refund, and the 10% restocking fee will not be waived.

Replacement parts can only be returned if they have not been used and are in their original packaging. A restocking fee will not be assessed on returns of replacement parts, as long as they are still in the original packaging and have never been used.

Accessories can only be returned if they have not been used and are in their original packaging.  A restocking fee will not be assessed on returns of accessories, as long as they are still in the original packaging and have never been used.

Returns typically take about 1-2 weeks to process, from the date the device was delivered back to us.  Each returned YATTLL Wheelchairs undergoes a rigorous inspection, testing phase, deep cleaning and certification process.  Under exigent circumstances, the returns process can take slightly longer.  After the return process is completed, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method used to make the purchase.
